Alhaji Akeem Babatunde Adeniran is a distinguished enterprise risk management professional, corporate governance expert, management consultant, and accomplished business leader with more than twenty-five years of progressive experience across commercial banking, mortgage finance, consulting, organisational transformation, and capacity development.

A Fellow and member of several respected professional bodies—including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI), the Institute of Operational Risk (UK/Nigeria), and the British Standards Institution (BSI)—he is widely recognised for his expertise in enterprise risk management, operational excellence, business process re-engineering, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership positions at First Bank of Nigeria Plc, FBN Mortgages Limited, Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank), and New Prudential Mortgage Bank, where he successfully led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, risk management programmes, regulatory compliance projects, and digital process improvement initiatives.

He currently serves as Head of Training and Research at the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI), providing strategic leadership in professional education, research, policy advocacy, and institutional capacity building. He is also the Managing Partner of Greatwise Consulting Limited, advising organisations on business transformation, project execution, governance, quality management, and sustainable growth.

As Director of Operations at ADSON Travels & Tours Limited, Alhaji Adeniran provides strategic oversight of operational planning, service delivery, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and international pilgrimage coordination. He has successfully led the Company’s Hajj operations to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2022, 2023, 2025, and 2026, ensuring efficient planning, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

His leadership is characterised by strategic foresight, disciplined execution, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
